Connected

"Happiness isn’t based on age. It’s based on being connected to your inner source. The spark in your eyes. The spring in your step. The love in your heart. The energy that moves you. The energy in which you move."

Bob Proctor shared a statement that many people may find earth-shattering. He explained how he had been conditioned that as people get old, they are supposed to get weaker, more tired and slow down. Yet, he believes he has more energy in his 70s than many people do in their 20s. He also believes as you get older, you should speed up (not slow down). You should feel more energetic and alive, not vice versa. He encourages people to reject negative stereotypes. What about you? Will you grow old gracefully?

Liara,
I love his attitude. My mother hasn't slowed down. She does more than many in their younger years. Aging is not a curse, it's a blessing.
